Krystal brings 18 years of management experience to the EastWest team. A Dover native and proud mom of six, she joined us in 2025 seeking a career with growth potential. When not at the office, Krystal enjoys cooking, hunting, fishing, and cheering on her kids at the ball field.

As our Sales Manager, Parrish combines his deep technical understanding of the trade with a genuine commitment to client success. With over 42 years in construction and masonry, Parrish ensures our partners receive expert guidance backed by decades of "on-the-ground" expertise. He has been a cornerstone of our operations since the very beginning, joining us when we first broke ground on our plant.

Will Sutton
Will joined EastWest in 2025, bringing nearly a decade of experience as an agricultural educator and coach. A Trenton native with degrees from NC State and NC A&T, he is eager to bring his enthusiasm to sales. Will and his wife, Ivy, are the proud parents of two daughters.
